Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase order.

To begin the return process, you can contact us at support@klarpul.com for a return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we’ll cover all costs — no payment is required from you.

Shipping

All products in our store ship free! Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most items ship from U.S. warehouses and are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and proximity to the shipping warehouse. Delivery may take longer around holidays or for items shipped directly from manufacturers.
