Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase order.
To begin the return process, you can contact us at support@klarpul.com for a return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we’ll cover all costs — no payment is required from you.
