Warranty Terms

Effective Date: [March 1, 2025]

1. Warranty Coverage

Klarpul (“we”, “us”, “our”) warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period described below:

  • 1-Year Standard Warranty – Begins automatically from the date of purchase.

  • 2-Year Extended Warranty – Available at no additional cost. To activate, the purchaser must complete the extended warranty registration form located at: https://klarpul.com/pages/support
    Together, these provide up to 3 years of coverage.

2. What’s Covered

This warranty applies only if:

  • The product is used in accordance with the user manual and for its intended purpose.
  • The original purchaser retains proof of purchase (e.g., order number, date ).
  • The product is used in the country of purchase.

If the product fails due to a covered defect during the applicable warranty period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace the product (or the defective part) free of charge.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Accessories (e.g., spare parts, attachments) – accessories are excluded from this warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface wear, battery discharge time reduction due to age/use).
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, tampering, or failure to follow the user manual.
  • Damage due to incorrect voltage or unstable current.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors.
  • Products with missing, altered or removed serial numbers.

4. Claim Process

To obtain warranty service:

  1. Contact our support team at support@klarpul.com or via our Support Center at https://klarpul.com/pages/contact.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and order number.

  3. Follow the instructions given by our support representative for sending the product (if required) and arranging service or replacement.
