Q3: Can the vacuum filter be washed? How often should the HEPA filter be replaced?
A: Yes, the vacuum filter is washable. We recommend cleaning it every 2 months and ensuring it is completely dry before reinstalling it. The HEPA filter can be used continuously as long as it’s not damaged, but we suggest replacing it every 6 months for the best performance.
Q4: Why does my vacuum show an E1 error?
A: This usually happens when the vacuum is charged with the wrong adapter. Klarpul vacuums come with a dedicated charger designed for proper voltage and current.
